Pluton-45

Pluton-45 is formulation of associative rhizobacterium Azotobacter that lives in close association with and within the root system of plants. Azotobacter has high nitrogen fixing capacity.

Composition

Organism: Azotobacter sp., Population density 1×108 (c.f.u./ml), minimum, Microbial adjuvant 2% Microbial media residue 95-97%.

Recommendation

Pluton-45 is recommended for crops like sugarcane, Paddy, Sorghum, Wheat, Maize , Barley, Ragi and other minor millets and also fodder grasses. It can help in increasing crop yield 15-20%.

Application: Seed treatment

Take Pluton-45 @5.10ml/kg. of seed in sufficient water. Mix the seed in solution. Shade dry the seeds before sowing.

Seeding/Satt dipping

For the Planting material required for one acre of land, take 50-100ml Pluton-45 in 20-25 liters water and dip the roots of seeding/satts before transplanting or sowing in field.

Soil Application

For one acre of land mix 500ml-1ltr. Pluton-45 with 30-40 kg. FYM/Soil. Broadcast this mixture over one acre field before last ploughing or irrigation.
